We delete our communication with you when it is clear whether you want our services or not. In special cases, there may be a need to store your personal data for a longer period.

Newsletters
We have a newsletter that you can subscribe to voluntarily – and you can always unsubscribe again.
You receive our newsletters because you have given consent in connection with registering for a course or event. You can always unsubscribe again by writing to kontakt@dansksb.dk.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribed emails with new information from the company, which may include new content on the website and announcements of our services.
We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent. This initially requires you to provide your email address, after which we send you an email so that you can confirm your subscription. We will process your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we also stop sending it to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter for 1 year, your consent lapses as a result of our inactivity.
When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we store your former consent for 2 years after it was last used due to limitation requirements, cf. the Danish Consumer Ombudsman’s spam guidance, section 11.3.

We must retain all accounting records pursuant to the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means that we store invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain general personal data such as name, address, and service description.
Dansk Strålebeskyttelse uses Dinero, a web-based accounting and bookkeeping program. This means that your personal and invoicing information is stored on Dinero’s servers. To provide you and your data with the highest level of security, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Dinero.
Our legal basis for processing personal data for bookkeeping is Article 6(1) of the GDPR.
We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.

If you have sent an unsolicited application, we will immediately assess whether your application is relevant and then delete your information again if there is no match.
If you have applied for a posted position, we will dispose of your application if you are not hired, and shortly after the right candidate has been found for the job.
If you enter a recruitment process and/or are hired for the position, we will provide you with separate information about how we process your personal data in this context.

Management and relevant staff at Dansk Strålebeskyttelse have access to the information registered about you. We will never sell your personal data to a third party.

In some cases this is not possible, and data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used if they can provide your personal data with an adequate level of protection.
Security of processing
We keep the processing of personal data secure by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures.
We have carried out risk assessments of our processing of personal data and have subsequently implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to increase the security of processing.
